Do I have to pay a deposit?
We take a $50 deposit when your book your appointment, with the remainder due at the appointment.

Can I wear Mascara with my lash extensions?
It is highly recommended that you do NOT wear any mascara on your lashes as this will cause the lashes to stick together and may fall off earlier than it should. If you need to wear mascara on the bottom of your lashes please note that you should wear non-waterproof products and this must be cleaned thoroughly as it will stick to the lash extensions.
How do I clean my lashes?
It is recommended that your lashes are cleaned daily and brushed out when necessary.
Thoroughly wet your lashes, then use a generous amount of Lash Cleanser onto your lash line. Use the lash brush to brush the cleanser through making sure to clean the lash line, as this is where dust and dirt gets stuck.
Rinse your lashes, pat dry and brush your lashes out to they are separated properly.
Advice for a first-timer?
Not sure if you want lash extensions or if you are allergic? Book in for a free consultation and Patch test. This will take half an hour and we will be able to go through the process of applying lash extensions with you. The patch test includes using all our products on your skin (glue, tape cleanser, etc), to determine if you are a candidate for eyelash extensions.
Please be advised this needs to be done at least 24hrs before a fullset. The Patch Test also does not 100% guarantee that after a fullset of eyelash extensions you will not react, it is just an indicator as to whether or not you are allergic to any of our products before committing to any services.
Are you qualified?
