Lash lift and tint is a good alternative to getting lash extensions and can last anywhere from 6 – 10 weeks. If you have never had this done before we suggest you book in for a patch test before deciding if this is for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
What material are your extensions made of?
Korean Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT).
The highest quality of Polymer, which is a type of Polyester, that is heated and moulded into the desired lash shapes.
How long will eyelash extensions last?
In general, your eyelash extensions last for a full cycle of natural eyelashes which can be anywhere from 6-8 weeks.
There are a lot of variables as to how long your lash extensions will last. For example;
- How quickly your natural lashes grow
- Medication etc.
To maintain your eyelash extensions, we suggest that you refill them at 2 to 3 weeks to maintain a full look.
Will eyelash extension damage my lashes?
If eyelash extensions are not applied correctly, tapered to suit each individual lash or using too much glue, then this may cause damage to your natural lash.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
We take a $50 deposit when your book your appointment, with the remainder due at the appointment.
Can I get a refill after my application?
To book in for refills you must have at least 40% of your extensions left on and be within 3 weeks since your last refill. Anything over 3 weeks may be considered a full set and/or additional charges may apply upon assessment.
What happens if I cancel or don’t show up?
Be advised if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give at least 24hrs notice before your scheduled appointment time. A cancellation fee of $30 will apply if you fail to do so.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation or rescheduling fee will be charged before another appointment is made.
Are your products Vegan?
Products used during our services are vegan and cruelty free.
Can I wear Mascara with my lash extensions?
It is highly recommended that you do NOT wear any mascara on your lashes as this will cause the lashes to stick together and may fall off earlier than it should. If you need to wear mascara on the bottom of your lashes please note that you should wear non-waterproof products and this must be cleaned thoroughly as it will stick to the lash extensions.
How do I clean my lashes?
It is recommended that your lashes are cleaned daily and brushed out when necessary.
Thoroughly wet your lashes, then use a generous amount of Lash Cleanser onto your lash line. Use the lash brush to brush the cleanser through making sure to clean the lash line, as this is where dust and dirt gets stuck.
Rinse your lashes, pat dry and brush your lashes out to they are separated properly.
Advice for a first-timer?
Not sure if you want lash extensions or if you are allergic? Book in for a free consultation and Patch test. This will take half an hour and we will be able to go through the process of applying lash extensions with you. The patch test includes using all our products on your skin (glue, tape cleanser, etc), to determine if you are a candidate for eyelash extensions.
Please be advised this needs to be done at least 24hrs before a fullset. The Patch Test also does not 100% guarantee that after a fullset of eyelash extensions you will not react, it is just an indicator as to whether or not you are allergic to any of our products before committing to any services.
Are you qualified?
